Release Estimate?

I know it's hard to guestimate but can you give us a rough estimation of Alpha - Beta - Release quarters?

"when it's ready" - especially after Gettysburg - I'm not establishing artificial deadlines, hopefully I'll get enough support for the project to sustain everything. I'm hoping to have the first playable prototype available in a few weeks, or sooner!
